The Innovation Business Development Manager is responsible for increase pipepeline offering and wining contract for an assigned services portfolio and/or within an assigned geographical coverage. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liDrive and Monitor Order Intake Pipeline: /li liManage the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of orders. /li liMonitor and analyze key performance indicators related to order intake. /li liUpdate Pipeline with New Prospects: /li liIdentify and add new potential clients to the sales pipeline. /li liConduct research to identify prospects and assess their fit with the organization's offerings. /li liLead and Support on Contracts, Tenders, and Quotations: /li liTake a proactive role in negotiating and securing major contracts. /li liProvide support in preparing tenders and quotations. /li liContract Closing and Lessons Learned: /li liLead activities to close contracts successfully. /li liCapture lessons learned from completed contracts to improve future processes. /li liCross Selling and Mutual Opportunities: /li liCollaborate with different departments within the organization to identify cross-selling opportunities. /li liDevelop strategies to leverage mutual opportunities across the RINA Group. /li liCompetitor Tracking and Intelligence: /li liMonitor competitor activities and provide updates on industry trends and intelligence. /li liUse competitor information to adapt and improve the organization's strategies. /li liSales and Business Development Initiatives: /li liFocus on generating new sales and business opportunities. /li liConduct client visits and manage relationships with current and potential customers.

Business Development Managers should have a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. /li liStrong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements with clients, partners, and vendors. /li liAnalytical thinking to assess market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics to inform decision-making. /li liIn-depth knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape to make informed business decisions. /li liFamiliarity with relevant technologies and tools, including CRM systems,
