The mandate of a dCAA is to advise customers (and account teams) on SAP’s private cloud service offerings, assess the technical feasibility of customer’s requirements,



and transition those requirements to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services for system provisioning and delivery to the customer. Our mission is to help businesses unlock the full potential of their data through advanced analytics, intelligent applications, and seamless integrations. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 ul liProvide end-to-end support for SAP Business Data Cloud, including monitoring data flows and resolving integration issues. /li liManage and troubleshoot SAP Datasphere data models, data flows, and replication tasks to ensure data integrity across connected systems. /li liSupport SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) dashboards, storyboards, and planning models; handle data connection issues (live/import) and user access. /li liMonitor and manage SAP Databricks integrations; assist in supporting AI/ML pipelines and data science notebooks. /li liDeliver AMS support for SAP Business Warehouse Cloud models, queries, and integration with SAC or third-party systems. /li liSupport Intelligent Applications in the BDC ecosystem, including issue resolution, system monitoring, and performance tuning. /li liAssist with Business AI operationalization, monitoring AI/ML models,



and triaging prediction accuracy or drift issues. /li liWork closely with functional and business users to resolve data quality and transformation issues across BDC layers. /li liPerform root cause analysis and propose preventive actions for recurring incidents across all solution areas. /li liSupport change management, testing, and deployment activities for enhancements or configuration changes. /li liDeliver functional support (Finance and HR) and enhancements for Intelligent Applications, working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, and configure business logic. /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring Along /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. /li liMinimum 5-10 years of experience developing microservices. /li liSAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) certification or willingness to obtain it shortly after joining. /li liHands-on experience with SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Business Warehouse Cloud. /li liKnowledge of SAP Databricks integration and AI/ML pipeline support. /li liTechno-functional expertise for managing change requests and configuring business logic. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liExcellent communication and collaboration abilities. /li liExperience with Intelligent Applications and Business AI would be nice to have /li liFamiliarity with Finance and HR processes in SAP would be nice to have. /li liExcellent command of both spoken and written English. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
