Would you like to join us, and move people further? /p h3Logistics Italy Operations Lead - SKF Automotive Business /h3 pAs Logistics Italy Operations Lead, you will lead the local operational activities related to the transition to the new Automotive business setup in Italy, while ensuring effective and compliant logistics operations. Working closely with local and international stakeholders, you will support the implementation of the Automotive logistics strategy, coordinate key operational milestones, and contribute to the successful execution of the transformation. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 h3Transformation Operating Model: /h3 ul liLead the local operational work package for the transition to the new Automotive business setup. /li liCoordinate implementation of the future operating model, including processes, roles, interfaces, governance routines, and ways of working. /li liIdentify gaps, risks, dependencies, and decision needs, and ensure clear action plans and follow-up with accountable stakeholders. /li /ul h3Project Governance Stakeholder Alignment: /h3 ul liCreate structure, transparency, and execution discipline across transformation activities. /li liPrepare and facilitate project meetings, reviews, decision forums, status reporting, and timely escalation of blockers. /li liAct as a coordination point between local operations, regional and global functions, sponsors, and transformation stakeholders. /li /ul h3Operational Leadership Performance: /h3 ul liLead, guide, and develop the operational logistics team, ensuring effective workforce planning and shopfloor leadership. /li liSecure reliable logistics execution across receiving, storage, picking, packing, loading, and internal plant transport. /li liMonitor operational performance, analyze deviations, define countermeasures,



and follow up on sustainable improvements. /li /ul h3Quality, Safety Continuous Improvement: /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with quality procedures, inventory governance, audit requirements, safety standards, and workplace discipline. /li liDrive root cause analysis and structured problem solving for quality, inventory, process, and operational deviations. /li liPromote Lean Management, continuous improvement, and business readiness to strengthen stability, productivity, and team adoption of new ways of working. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liExperience in logistics operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or industrial business processes, preferably in an automotive or manufacturing environment. /li liExperience in people leadership, workforce planning, shopfloor management, and operational performance follow-up. /li liExperience in project management, transformation, operating model implementation, change management, or comparable cross-functional initiatives. /li liStrong ability to structure complex topics into clear plans, milestones, governance routines, and actionable follow-up. /li liProven ability to coordinate people and stakeholders across functions, countries, and organizational levels. /li liGood understanding of quality, inventory governance, safety, Lean Management, and continuous improvement in operational environments. /li liStrong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to create alignment and influence across different stakeholder groups. /li liStructured and analytical mindset, with experience in risk management, dependency tracking, problem solving, and progress reporting. /li liA hands-on, resilient, and pragmatic way of working, with high accountability and the ability to keep momentum in a changing environment. /li liFluency in Italian and English is expected.
