ppWithin the Investment Asset Management Compliance Competence Center, we are looking for an bAsset Management Compliance Specialist /b who will support the team in monitoring regulatory developments and providing compliance advisory services related to asset management and banking activities across the Generali Group. /p pKey responsibilities of the role will include: /p ul liSupporting the analysis and monitoring of external regulations relevant to investment insurance, asset management and banking activities /li liContributing to the assessment of regulatory changes and their impacts on business processes, internal regulations and control frameworks /li liSupporting the preparation of compliance opinions and advisory analyses on investment-related initiatives, transactions and projects /li liAssisting in the review and update of Group policies, guidelines and procedures /li liContributing to the development and oversight of the Group Compliance Control Framework /li liAssisting in the preparation of reports, presentations and materials for governance bodies, committees and senior management /li liContributing to compliance training initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities within the Group /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field /li liStrong interest in financial markets, asset management, banking regulation, and insurance regulation, supported by a solid academic background /li li5-7 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Internal Controls, or Regulatory Affairs within insurance companies, asset management firms, banks, investment firms, or regulatory authorities /li liStrong knowledge of the European and Italian regulatory framework governing investment services, banking, and asset management activities, including UCITS, AIFMD, MiFID II, EMIR, and SFDR /li liExcellent command of English, both written and spoken,
