ppThe IT MANAGER coordinates and operates in all matters related to the information technology of the organization. He or she is the reference point for any intervention related to their core responsibilities and brings their technical knowledge and skills to ensure the proper functioning of the equipment, systems, and software under their responsibility. /p pIn constant collaboration with the LVMH Management IT Department, the IT Manager is responsible for the implementation of the information system, particularly in the context of the hotel transformation and is also responsible for service quality and security throughout the entire IT infrastructure. /p h3Job responsibilities /h3 pbIT Asset Management and IS supervision: /b /p ul liPlan, coordinate, and document the deployment of hardware, office equipment, and software components within the organization's IT inventory. /li liEstablish maintenance contracts as needed for the entire IT infrastructure. /li liEnforce and oversee data security policies to ensure the confidentiality of internal and client data (GDPR compliance). /li liSecure and manage access to various internal IT systems in accordance with security policies defined by LVMH Hotel Management. /li liDocument and maintain the hardware and software inventory, and manage associated budget tracking in coordination with the Finance department. /li liCollaborate with LVMH Hotel Management and the Finance department in the selection and procurement of IT equipment. /li liPlan, organize, and coordinate IT projects (infrastructure and software) required for the organization's operations, in collaboration with LVMH Hotel Management IT teams. /li liPerform or oversee the execution of routine technical tasks and the provisioning of IT equipment for internal clients.
