and timely delivery of due diligence and competitive process materials, from document checks and VDR management to QA coordination, financial verifications and process execution support. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h31) Due Diligence Coordination Document Management /h3 ul liCoordinate document checks and completeness verification across VDR workstreams. /li liVerify DD outputs and ensure alignment with process and counterparty requirements. /li liPrepare and maintain VDR structure, ensuring timely upload, organization and access control of materials. /li liCoordinate internal team members and external advisors (legal, technical, financial, tax) throughout the due diligence process. /li /ul h32) QA and Stakeholder Coordination /h3 ul liCollect, track and coordinate responses to QA requests from counterparties and investors during due diligence. /li liLiaise with internal subject-matter experts to ensure accurate and timely responses. /li liSupport resolution of open items and flag critical issues to the AR Manager. /li /ul h33) Competitive Process Support /h3 ul liSupport preparation and review of teasers and marketing materials. /li liSupport preparation of process letters and instruction documents. /li liCollect and consolidate information required for competitive processes from internal teams. /li liCoordinate communication flows with financial/tax/legal advisors and investors across process phases. /li /ul h34) Financial Reporting Support /h3 ul liSupport preparation of financial summaries, reporting materials and rendiconti for management and Investment Committee purposes. /li liContribute to maintaining audit-ready files and complition documentation. /li liPrepare high quality presentations and materials for senior management.
