Collect, validate, and submit data (attendance, overtime, absences, bonuses) and manage the employee timekeeping system. /lilibHR Operations: /b Act as the primary HR contact for policy and payroll inquiries. Manage onboarding/offboarding, contract amendments, promotions, and maintain records in accordance with GDPR. /lilibPeople Development: /bDefine, monitor, and coordinate the company’s training plan, identify local training needs, and support employees' career paths. /lilibIndustrial Relations: /b Manage relations with the RSU and labor unions, participate in local negotiations, and handle issues related to work organization. /lilibRecruiting Talent: /b Support local talent acquisition (job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication) and coordinate with external agencies when needed. /lilibCompliance Audits: /b Ensure full compliance with Italian employment laws,
