/ph3Key Requirements /h3pbSenior level /b (approximately 5+ years of overall experience in software / AI) /ph3Technical Requirements /h3pbHands-on, demonstrable experience /b with bAgentic AI /b and bmulti-agent systems /b, including: /ppagents with planners /pptool use /ppmemory management /ppagent orchestration and complex workflows /ppbAdvanced use of LLMs /b (OpenAI / Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models) in bproduction environments /b, not demos or PoCs /ppbSolid experience with RAG in production /b, including: /ppchunking strategies /ppretrieval and ranking /ppperformance evaluation /ppbUse of frameworks /b such as bLangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex /b (or equivalents) /ppbStrong Software Engineering skills in Python /b, in particular: /ppcode management with Git /pptesting /pplogging and observability /ppbAbility to mentor, train, and guide /b development teams on architectural and implementation choices /ppbExcellent command of the English language /b /ppStrong inclination toward knowledge sharing /ppExcellent communication skills,
