/p pYou will work in a fast‑paced international team engaged in state of the art research and innovation. /p pIf you are enthusiastic in facing new challenges and in top‑note technologies, have a further look! /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign of high‑performance Analog ICs applied to integrated optical transceiver modules, including simulation, design, verification and optimization /li liAnalyze technical requirement specifications and define target product performance by collaborating with system engineers /li liDrive and support layout activity for the physical design of building blocks and top levels /li liContribute to feasibility studies, compare different solutions and proactively share knowledge and best practices within the team /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster degree in Engineering, PhD will be positively evaluated /li liMore than 5 years of experience in analog/RFIC design environment with hands‑on design knowledge of complex IC /li liExperience in Cadence Design Framework and analog/RF design practices, from circuit layout implementation to testing /li liCreative design ability to solve analog IC design problems demanding the highest levels of performance /li liProficient working with state‑of‑the‑art technologies - SiGe BiCMOSs, CMOS. /li liProven track record of designing high performance complex analog IC designs into volume production /li liGood communication skills, ability to work in multi‑cultural environments, strong team working attitude /li liFluent in English and availability to travel outside Italy /li /ul h3Huawei Milan Research Center /h3 pThis position is based in Huawei Milan Research Center. /p pAt our Research Center we work on cutting‑edge technologies in microwave and millimeter‑wave communications, focusing on frequency bands such as bE-Band, W-Band, and D-Band /b. /p pOur research extends to free‑space optical communications, advanced system architectures, antenna technologies,



and contributions to standardization efforts.
