ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain full stack features across backend services and frontend interfaces
Build and evolve internal tools and platforms used across the company
Own features end-to-end, from technical design to production
Contribute to automation and orchestration systems that improve operational efficiency
Participate in code reviews — both giving and receiving thoughtful feedback
Write tests and take code quality seriously (without being dogmatic about it)
Collaborate with teammates across engineering, product, and operations
Write clear technical documentation that others can actually use
Requirements3+ years of experience in full stack software development
Proficiency in Node.js (TypeScript and JavaScript) on the backend
Proficiency in React and solid fundamentals in frontend development (HTML, CSS, browser APIs)
Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases (MySQL)
Solid understanding of server-side web application architectures
Comfortable working with Docker and containerized environments




Proficiency in Git and GitHub-based workflows
Enjoys owning problems end-to-end and will go out of their way to acquire whatever knowledge it takes to get the job done
Excellent communication skills - able to talk about technical topics with non-technical people clearly and without condescension
Nice to HaveExperience with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with Docker Swarm or Kubernetes
Experience with AWS services (especially S3, Lambda, SQS, EC2)
Knowledge of Test Driven Development principles
Experience with the Koa web framework
Linux shell scripting and Unix system administration
