Reporting to the Solution Engineering team, theSolutions Engineersupports customers acrossItaly and Eastern Europethroughout the implementation of Vusion solutions.
Working closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams, you will understand customer business needs, design appropriate technical solutions, configure the platform, coordinate implementations, and ensure successful deployments.
This role requires asolid technical backgroundand a good understanding ofsoftware applications,understanding codewhen needed, systemintegrations, networking and IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Present Vusion solutions to leadingretailers(Supermarkets, Pharmacies, Electronics stores, Gas stations, e.g., Coop)
ConfigureVusion solutions to meet customer requirements.
Partner with Sales to understand customer business and technical requirements.
Monitor projects using shared tools, ensuring thatdeadlinesare met andcostsare controlled.
Coordinate implementation projectsand ensure successful deployments.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to integrations, infrastructure and solution configuration.
Assemble, lead, and unite teams around pre?sales projects to prepare for roll?outs for retailers.
Act as the single point of contact for customers (internal and external) for all operational issues — technical, integration, upgrade requests, and installations.
Support the rest of the team in developing upgrades (templates,



technical configurations) for all types of customers.
Technical Environment
Python, JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL, networking, IT infrastructure, SaaS platforms, Azure Microsoft, IoT and connected devices, retail technology solutions.
Qualifications
Mandatory
DegreeinEngineering,Telecommunications,Information Technology,Software Engineering,Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
Fluent inItalianandEnglish(the recruiter does not speak Italian).
2?4 years of experienceasSolutions Engineer,Implementation Project Manager, or in project management / IT (network, infrastructure, etc.).
Preferred
Experience in acustomer?facingtechnical role
Working knowledge ofPythonandJavaScript(reading and understanding code, modifying configuration or scripts when required).
Interest inRetail, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, IoTindustries.
Ability to use technical skills to manage projects, coordinate teams, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast?growing international company.
Organized,autonomous, and with excellent interpersonal skills — ready to take on responsibility and thrive in a dynamic, ambitious environment.
Ideal Candidate
1.5 to 4 yearsof professional experience after graduation as a Solutions Engineer, Technical Project Manager, Implementation Engineer or Technical Consultant, with experience managing technical implementation projects.
xysqume Strong exposure toretail customersandIoT solutions, with a solid understanding of software applications, system integration, networking and IT infrastructure.
