ph3Mission /h3 pThe /p h3Job Description /h3 h3Mission /h3 pThe bAudiovisual Technician /b will support the IoT Devices team in the installation, maintenance, and technical support of audiovisual and smart building systems deployed across classrooms, lecture halls, conference rooms, and other University facilities. /p pWorking closely with the IoT Devices team, teaching support staff, and faculty members, the successful candidate will help ensure the reliability and effective operation of multimedia equipment and control systems that support teaching, learning, and institutional events. /p pThe role will also include partial involvement in the deployment and lifecycle management of end-user devices, such as laptops and smartphones. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liInstall, replace, configure, and maintain audiovisual equipment within technical racks and AV infrastructures. /li liProvide operational support during preventive and corrective maintenance activities, as well as system upgrades. /li liVerify and troubleshoot audio, video, and network signal connectivity. /li liDeliver first-level technical support during lectures, conferences, institutional events, and other academic activities. /li liMonitor system performance, identify faults or anomalies, and coordinate maintenance activities with external service providers and technology partners. /li liSupport the management of technical inventories and maintain accurate technical documentation. /li liAssist with the configuration, deployment, and distribution of laptops, smartphones, and other end-user devices. /li liCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the continuity and quality of audiovisual services across the University. /li /ul h3Minimum Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering,



Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field. /li liBasic knowledge of professional audiovisual systems, including matrices, scalers, switchers, projectors, and displays. /li liFamiliarity with Dante network-based audio systems. /li liAbility to read and produce technical diagrams and documentation. /li liBasic knowledge of IP networking and AV-over-IP technologies and protocols. /li liStrong teamwork skills and willingness to work in teaching and learning environments. /li liAt least six months of study or work experience abroad. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liPrevious experience, including internships, in audiovisual or IT environments within universities or other large, complex facilities such as theatres, television studios, sports venues, airports, or similar infrastructures. /li liFamiliarity with audio configuration software such as Dante Controller, Q-SYS Designer, or Xilica. /li liKnowledge of the configuration and management of laptops and smartphones across Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS environments. /li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach to technical support. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liThe opportunity to work in one of Europe's leading international universities. /li liExposure to cutting-edge audiovisual and smart classroom technologies. /li liA collaborative and multidisciplinary environment,
