You will get the opportunity to act as business partner with the site management, the business unit and the finance team. /p h3You will be accountable for: /h3 ul liOrganize and coordinate the forecasting process and create annual Budget with cross-functional teams in the Site /li liProvide the GBU Industrial Controller with information relevant for the preparation of the GBU Budget and rolling forecasts (fixed costs, variable costs, capex, inventories and other performance KPIs) /li liAnalyze and accurately report current month’s financial results and KPI’s of the plant in accordance with GBU format and time requirements, and explain the evolution of the performance to the plant and GBU management. /li liPerform performance monthly reviews (labor and maintenance cost, material costs, manufacturing overhead, distribution cost, returns and inventory levels) with Site management, including analysis recommendations aiming at enhancing the financial performance optimizing assets. /li liEnsure compliance to Group Finance standards and procedures, perform internal controls at the Site for finance,



educate and raise awareness within the Site team /li /ul h3About You /h3 pRelevant education degree or equivalent in finance or accounting. /p pRelevant work experience in controlling in manufacturing context. /p h3Competencies /h3 ul liSAP knowledge /li liAbility to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports and projections with a strong attention to detail and to analyze financial results and suggest an improvement plan where needed /li liStrong technical and analytical skills with a solid cost accounting background /li /ul h3Behaviors /h3 ul liAbility to maintain strict confidence in financial sensitive information, and demonstrate a high level of integrity /li liGood communication and collaborative skills, in both Italian and English /li liAbility to provide clarity on the financial performance and simple and clear messages to keep the team focused and push for actions /li /ul h3About The Pay /h3 pAttractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role in Italy ranges from 52,800 EUR to 66,00 EUR.
