ph3Role Overview /h3pAs Sales Manager Italy for Fabriano Business, you will maximize sales results and further develop our market share across Retail Wholesale channels, providing superior customer service through the leadership of a skilled team of Sales Agents.
You will report to the Head of Sales Italy.
/ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliImplement the growing strategy for the two brands: Fabriano and Magnani ****.
/liliDrive results for comprehensive ranges: School, Fine Arts, Print Making, Stationery.
/liliLead the transformation of the sales organization by implementing the Retail (Direct + Indirect) strategy, redefining the balance between wholesaler and direct sales.
/liliSupervise and animate all sales agents for Italy in this channel in coordination with the Head of Italy.
/liliAct as front?end with the agent team, controlling the business flow according to budget objectives, supporting agents in negotiations, and defining tailor?made growth plans.
/liliDefine the annual sales plan and collaborate with the Head of Sales Italy to foster new categories and store classes.
/liliCollaborate cross?functionally with trade marketing and customer care service.




/liliPerform sales data business analysis to identify improvement opportunities and better planning.
/liliOrganise presentations to enhance sales effectiveness through best practice sharing.
/liliEnsure collection and service level targets are met.
/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli7+ years of experience in a commercial role in B2C companies with strong customer focus and key account management.
/liliExcellent sales skills dealing with entrepreneurial customers.
/liliExperience managing sales agents teams.
/liliBasic category management knowledge.
/liliProficient in creating engaging presentations in PowerPoint and presenting to audiences.
/liliGood analytical skills and knowledge of Excel; Power BI a plus.
/liliExcellent communication skills; ability to lead negotiations and motivate agents.
/liliEnthusiastic, proactive and passionate about innovation.
/liliFluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
/liliPreferably some knowledge of paper for drawing and art purpose.
