Tasks and responsibilitiesBusiness AdvisoryLegal support to MARK and other business lines
Structuring and execution of derivative transactions, with a specific focus on the structuring and issuance of certificates in Italy pursuant to the domestic prospectus regime
Product governance and innovation
Regulatory & DocumentationOwnership of prospectus documentation lifecycle
Oversight of MiFID II / PRIIPs requirements
Listing and market compliance processes
Regulatory EngagementDirect relationship management with CONSOB and Bank of Italy
Italian Prospectus approvals and regulatory interpretation
Risk & LitigationLegal risk identification and mitigation
Complaints handling and litigation management
