Leading Production, Purchasing of Raw Materials and Quality Teams.Job ResponsabilitiesResponsibilities:Production:Leading and Coordination of Production Planning TeamAllocation of Production, Press, VIP, Uniform, Outlet orders for LG, Shoes, Bijoux, AccessoriesMonitoring of BudgetCoordination of weekly meetings with Development, Industrialization and Quality TeamsManagement of external vendors during Production to guarantee the respect of the delivery dates agreed between the Industrial Team and the Supply Chain CentralManagement of the Industrial Production Plan of Givenchy AccessoriesConsolidation of relationships with suppliersManagement contracts with suppliers, documents and proceduresBargaining Production capacitiesFocus on launches and priorities: creation of RetroplanningAnalysis of KPIs: on time, accuracy, cancellations end seasonAnalysis and Reports sharing with Direction and SuppliersVendor Rating: KPI and Dashboard for SuppliersCreation and sharing of Production ReportCoordination of Scouting for new suppliersManagement and negotiation of Production costs and budgetPurchasing:Leading and Coordination of Purchasing TeamOversee Pre-Orders of Raw Materials (MRP)Management of Production of Raw Materials to guarantee the respect of the delivery dates agreed between the Industrial Team and the Supply Chain CentralConsolidation of relationships with tanneries, fabrics and metal HW suppliersBargaining of Production capacitiesValidation of Leftover and costsStock management,
logisticsManagement and negotiation of Production costs and budget for raw materialsCoordination of weekly meetings with R&D;, Industrialization and Quality TeamsQuality:Leading and Coordination of Quality Team (Finished goods Inspectors)Supervise for Aftersales and Spare Parts activitiesManagement, definition and update of Quality Standards (finish products, raw materials, processes, suppliers)Definition of strategic plans and improvement actions for qualityManagement and monitoring of external Production through periodic visits and constant follow upManagement of Lab Tests and WeartestsDefinition of Packaging for productsProfileProfile:Master's degree or equivalent, preferably in engineering.At least 10 years of experience in similar role, as Production and Purchasing Manager or Quality Manager, gained in an industrial manufacturing context.Expertise on manufacturing processes and Lean Manufacturing.Strong analytical and synthesis skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and good knowledge of Power BI.Fluent in Italian and proficient in English or French.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.Organized, rigorous, and reliable, comfortable in the field, able to challenge suppliers with tact, and demonstrate strong follow-up discipline.Excellent written and verbal communication,
