Job Description
Manage institutional, project and digital communication activities. You will ensure clear, consistent and EU-compliant messaging across all channels.
This role is key to building TR2's reputation in the European innovation ecosystem. You will handle dissemination activities for EU-funded projects, manage relationships with media and institutional stakeholders, and develop a coherent communication strategy that supports both business growth and project obligations.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement the company's communication strategy across institutional, project and corporate channels
Lead dissemination and communication activities for EU-funded projects (Horizon Europe, ESA) in compliance with grant agreement requirements
Write press releases, articles, project newsletters and institutional communications
Manage relationships with media outlets,
industry publications and institutional stakeholders
Coordinate with consortium partners on joint communication activities
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and materials
Prepare communication reports for project reviews and EU reporting
Support event organisation and the company's presence at conferences
Must-have Requirements
Degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate or institutional communication
Direct experience with EU project dissemination requirements and best practices
Excellent writing and editing skills in English (C1+); Italian required
Strong understanding of digital communication channels and analytics
Experience managing multiple communication workstreams simultaneously
Nice-to-have Requirements
Experience in science communication or deep-tech PR
Existing network of contacts in European space/tech media
Knowledge of EU visibility and open access requirements
Experience with crisis communication
Photography or video production skills
Personal Requirements
Clear and structured communicator who can adapt tone for different audiences
Proactive and organised with excellent attention to detail
Genuine interest in innovation, space and AI topics
Collaborative approach with ability to work across international teams
Comfortable representing the company at public events
