In this role, you will also play a crucial role in building/enhancing overall Technogym employer branding awareness and developing a network with key talent communities for short/long-term opportunities.Your ImpactIdentify the most effective recruiting channels and manage the overall recruiting process for junior, mid,

or a similar field5-7 years’ experience with the full-cycle recruitment process, preferably within multinational companies and international hiring efforts.Knowledge of selection techniques, recruiting strategies, channels, and assessment tools and methodologies Expertise in using ATS and talent relationship management tools (SuccessFactors knowledge would be a plus)Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, and LinkedIn AdvertiseBusiness partnership approach & love of headhuntingStrong teamwork and the ability to listen while influencing othersDrive, tenacity, and a client-focused, results-oriented approachFluency in English, any other language will be considered a big plusCompensation DataWe believe great work deserves great recognition.
