All EFSA staff is committed to creating an open and inclusive environment. /p pbSalary and benefits /b /p pEFSA can offer the selected candidates contracts with a limited perspective in time, in particular for a fixed period of four years maximum, due to the temporary needs of EFSA, specifically the increasing workload in the Scientific Departments and the availability of funding for a four-year period. The contractual relationship is linked to duties of a limited duration in time that may lead to the non-renewal of the contract. Candidates placed in the talent pool may also be considered for other similar positions that may become available. The successful candidate will be recruited as Contract Agent Function Group IV with the basic salary starting from € 4 449,31 monthly, subject to an annual review of remuneration provided for in Article 64 and Article 65(1) of the Staff Regulations. /p pIn addition to the basic salary, EFSA offers a range of benefits: /p ul liVarious allowances to which the successful jobholder may be entitled, such as a household allowance, expatriation allowance (16% of basic salary), dependent child allowance and education allowance.
