Aprile China is looking for an experiencedFinance Managerto lead our finance team in Shanghai.

ResponsibilitiesLead monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing activities
Prepare financial reports, management analysis and group reporting
Oversee accounting operations, including AP/AR, intercompany transactions, accruals and bank reconciliations
Monitor customer collections, supplier payments, credit risk and cost control
Ensure compliance with PRC accounting, tax, foreign exchange and statutory requirements
Support freight forwarding operational finance, including profitability analysis and revenue and cost recognition
Lead, develop and support the local finance team




Drive process improvements across ERP systems and financial operations
Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline
CPA or ACCA qualification is preferred
Minimum 8 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years managing a team
Previous experience within the freight forwarding or logistics industry is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of PRC accounting standards, taxation and internal controls
Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management and audit coordination
SAP or ERP system xysqume experience is an advantage
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
