Key ResponsibilitiesProvide assistance to customers through phone, email, and digital channels.
Help customers track shipments and obtain delivery updates.
Address billing questions and support payment-related inquiries.




Process customer claims and service requests.
Provide guidance on service features and account management.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure a satisfactory outcome.
Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
RequirementsNative or fluent Italian (C1 level or higher).
English proficiency at B2 level.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of computer systems and applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
