Your Profile
Experience in hospitalityor bar/restaurant management with a solid understanding of day-to-day operations
Aconfident, hands-on leaderwho supports the team with a positive attitude
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortablemanaging reservations, organizing events, and supporting in-house promotions
Familiar withhospitality tech toolslike POS systems, booking platforms, and basic reporting
Able to support the kitchen team, with a basic understanding of food service and coordination




Fluent in English(spoken and written); German is a plus and helpful for daily operations
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and busy periods like holidays or events
Your Responsibilities
Running an authentic Irish pub with character, warmth, and attention to detail
Leading daily operations, including staff supervision and shift management
Creating a fun and relaxed atmospherefor sports, music, and celebrations
Coordinating between front-of-house and kitchen to ensure smooth service
Overseeing a menuof home-cooked seasonal dishes, premium drinks, and cocktails
Managing bookings, events, and in-house promotions
Monitoring the quality of service, food, and drinks to consistently exceed guest expectations
Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Supporting stock control, ordering, and opening/closing procedures
