/ppWorking closely with multiple company functions (process engineering, maintenance, production, logistics, quality, safety, energy and facility engineering), you will be involved in bstrategic industrial projects /b aimed at ensuring optimized efficiency, production capacity and technological development of the plant.
/ppYour role will focus both on bfeasibility studies and the implementation of new investments /b in plants and machinery, as well as on the btechnical upgrading of existing equipment /b.
/ppAs a Junior Project Engineer, your main responsibilities will include: /pulliAnalyzing and understanding production process performance indicators (OEE, scrap, productivity, deviations from standards, non?conformities and complaints), and proposing and implementing technical improvement actions /liliSupporting the supervision of maintenance activities and the updating of maintenance documentation, contributing to efficient and reliable plant operation /liliSupporting feasibility analyses, cost estimation and return?on?investment evaluations, as well as preparing investment proposal packages.
/liliSupporting project execution through all phases, from assessing impacts on safety, quality and operations to the handover of new machines or plants to production /liliDefining project plans, identifying risks and criticalities,



and preparing documentation for testing and acceptance /liliEnsuring structured and regular communication on project progress to management /li /ulh3What you will need /h3ulliMaster's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Automation or Mechanical Engineering /lili1–2 years of experience in similar roles (including structured internships or traineeships) /liliKnowledge and use of technical drawing tools /liliAbility to read and understand electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical diagrams /liliBasic knowledge of PLC systems is considered a plus /liliBasic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools /liliKnowledge of risk analysis techniques and FMEA methodology is considered a plus /liliStrong analytical skills, structured approach and continuous improvement mindset /liliProactive attitude, ability to set priorities and work effectively in a team /liliGood problem?solving skills /liliGood command of English (B2 level) /liliGood command of Italian (B2 level) /li /ulh3We Offer /h3pGross annual salary (RAL): €30,000 – €40,000.
