By maintaining systems at optimal performance and minimizing downtime, the role directly supports operational continuity, cost efficiency, and product quality - while upholding Goodyear’s safety standards. Through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a proactive approach to maintenance and safety, the role contributes to a safe, compliant, and high-performing working environment. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3ulliPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and infrastructure, ensuring reliability and continuity of operations. /liliCarry out routine maintenance related to buildings and utilities, including HVAC systems, electrical installations, and site equipment. /liliDiagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues in a timely and supportive manner to minimize downtime. /liliConduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, internal standards, and operational policies, while supporting external audits.



/liliContribute to EHS performance by applying safety procedures (JRA, OBT, ICHE) and promoting a culture of care and responsibility. /liliParticipate in root cause analysis and support the implementation of corrective actions following incidents or equipment failures. /liliMaintain accurate documentation, manage spare parts inventory, and collaborate with Engineering and Calibration teams to ensure equipment continuity. /li /ulh3What We’re Looking For /h3ulliMinimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance or technical environment, ideally within manufacturing or the automotive sector. /liliEducational background in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or a related field, with strong exposure to HVAC systems. /liliSolid technical background in HVAC systems (heating and cooling), including hands-on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting. /liliGood knowledge of mechanics and electrical/electronic systems, applied with attention to detail and a structured approach. /liliAbility to collaborate effectively, build positive working relationships, and support shared team objectives. /li liFamiliarity with tools and systems such as MS Office, CAD software, Siemens GTC, and sensor-based systems. /liliFluent English is required; French and/or German are considered a strong advantage. /li /ulpWe welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
