Product & Proposition Manager — Open Banking & Verification (Maternity Cover)

This is a fixed‑term contract role focused on end‑to‑end ownership of product development, from concept to go‑to‑market, working with diverse global teams. The position requires a solid understanding of client needs, building business cases, managing product roadmaps, and scaling solutions.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

+4 years of product and business management or consultancy experience in data, lending, FinTech, analytics or SaaS.

Experience with innovation and technology, strong knowledge of product management for integrated, data‑driven platforms and SaaS.

Transform ideas into products and services, managing all aspects of product design through go‑to‑market and engaging with clients.

Observe new trends,



monitor competitors and benchmark high‑tech solutions to develop viable business cases and monetization strategies, focusing on the finance market.

Work with clients, partners and suppliers—internal and external to the organization.

Availability to travel.

Fluent in English and Italian (speaking and writing); knowledge of French is an advantage.

Strong technical expertise with API‑based platforms, analytics, machine learning and AI.

Programming knowledge (Python, SQL, R, WPS, SAS) and visualization tools is appreciated.

Ability to identify growth opportunities and differentiate products.

Salary range: €52,100–€67,750 annual gross.

National collective agreement applied: "CCNL Metalmeccanico".
