He/She plays a key role in structuring and accelerating growth in the Italian market, acting as a true right hand to the Managing Director. With strong market expertise, the Operation Manager interacts with strategic stakeholders such as local authorities, partners, and key clients. /p h3MAIN TASKS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 h3Commercial Business Development /h3 ul liSupport the Managing Director in defining and executing the commercial strategy for the Italian market /li liIdentify, evaluate and secure new business opportunities, including partnerships, project acquisitions and market expansion initiatives /li liLead or contribute to negotiations with clients, partners, landowners and investors /li liParticipate in the structuring of competitive offers, tenders and PPA negotiations /li liMonitor market trends, regulatory evolution and competitor activity to proactively adapt the company’s positioning /li /ul h3Project support /h3 ul liOversee the full lifecycle of solar PV projects in Italy, from early-stage development to commissioning /li liEnsure effective coordination between development, engineering and construction teams to guarantee project consistency and performance /li liMonitor project planning, budgets and risk management, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and cost constraints /li liImplement performance tracking tools to ensure operational excellence across all projects /li liAnticipate and resolve operational bottlenecks,
