tax practice comprising lawyers and chartered accountants who are

direct and indirect tax advice to a wide variety of clients across
multiple industries, including support on the structuring and
execution of transactions and strategic tax planning. We offer

private equity, and restructuring. About The RoleWe are looking for a Tax Junior Associate to join
our team, with a primary focus on transactional tax.
This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and
high-profile matters, supporting clients through all the
different stages.Key Responsibilities :Advise on financial, corporate and real estate taxationAssist in M&A; transactionsHandle VAT About YouDegree in Law1/2 years of experience as a lawyer in transactional taxComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment,
