ppbAgilité /bis recruiting an experienced bProject Manager /b to join its Milan team, delivering high‑end commercial interiors and fit‑out projects across Italy and wider Europe. This is a senior, highly operational role with full responsibility for projects from early pre‑construction through to handover. /p pThe Project Manager will represent Agilité on site and with clients, taking ownership of technical, financial, contractual, safety and delivery performance. The role requires a confident, resilient professional with deep construction knowledge, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to lead complex projects in demanding, international environments. /p pThis role is well suited to an organised, methodical, and self-driven professional who is comfortable working independently within a collaborative project environment. /p pReporting directly to the Country Head, the Project Manager is fully accountable for the successful delivery of assigned projects, ensuring quality, client satisfaction, and achievement of project objectives. /p pAgilité is a pan-European commercial interiors and fit‑out specialist, operating as a general contractor across multiple European markets. Agilité breathes new life into spaces for world‑leading brands, and it’s the people behind the projects, and the processes underpinning the people which make us different – that, and our B Corp certification. /p h3Key Responsibilities. /h3 h3Pre‑construction and tender involvement. /h3 ul liIntervene early in the pre‑construction phase, assessing feasibility and delivery strategy /li liAnalyse tender responses and documentation, working closely with the cost estimator /li liMake delivery and methodology recommendations aligned with cost, time and risk /li liExplore design and material alternatives with the design office to meet client expectations and improve profitability /li liIntegrate health, safety and environmental considerations into tender responses /li liContribute to budget proposals, feasibility studies and updated project submissions /li /ul h3Project delivery and site management. /h3 ul liTake full ownership of fit‑out projects from mobilisation to handover and OPR /li liSelect subcontractors, lead negotiations, and manage procurement and planning /li liEnsure quality, cost and programme targets are consistently achieved /li liReview drawings and schedules, contributing where required to improve buildability /li liMonitor daily site progress, anticipating challenges and maintaining momentum /li liMobilise required technical experts and coordinate interventions /li liManage all aspects of works contracts, including technical, administrative and financial elements /li /ul h3Financial and contractual control. /h3 ul liOversee financial and contractual management to ensure smooth project delivery /li liMaintain cost control, forecasting and variation management /li liManage contractual correspondence, claims and commercial risk /li liEnsure delivery on time and within the agreed budget /li /ul h3Client and stakeholder management. /h3 ul liAct as Agilité’s primary on‑site representative and main point of contact /li liCoordinate effectively between technical teams, control office, clients,



consultants and subcontractors /li liOrganise and lead site meetings and progress meetings /li liPrepare and follow up on project documentation and reporting /li liBuild and maintain strong, professional relationships with all key stakeholders /li /ul h3Health, safety, quality and environment. /h3 ul liApply HQSE regulations across all project activities /li liComply with company health and safety policy and ISO accreditations /li liEnsure subcontractors meet all safety, health and environmental requirements /li liEmbed health and safety considerations throughout planning and execution /li /ul h3Process management and reporting. /h3 ul liCommunicate relevant project information clearly and promptly to teams /li liAnalyse and support production processes to maintain efficiency and quality /li liMonitor and report against key performance indicators /li liContribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes /li /ul h3Leadership and people development. /h3 ul liIdentify team strengths and development needs /li liSupport training plans and capability development /li liConduct regular assessments and contribute to performance management /li liPromote a collaborative, accountable and delivery‑focused culture /li /ul h3Qualifications. /h3 ul liMinimum b10 years’ proven experience /b in a demanding construction or fit‑out environment /li liExperience within the construction sector, ideally with a recognised general contractor /li liProven delivery of office, retail or hospitality fit‑out projects /li liHighly operational, responsive and adaptable approach /li liStrong commercial awareness and contractual understanding /li liEstablished relationships within the local market /li liExcellent communication skills and strong business acumen /li liAbility to represent the company at senior client level /li liResilience, motivation, determination and natural enthusiasm /li liStrong alignment with Agilité’s values and delivery standards /li liFluency in Italian and English. /li /ul h3Compensation Benefits (Italy) /h3 ul liSalary range: €40,000 - 55,000 /li liMeal Vouchers and sport allowance /li liRemote working up to two days per week /li liAnnual ski trip and company social events /li liEnergetic and dynamic work environment /li li Purpose-driven work with a focus on making a positive impact /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
