Working alongside colleagues across Talent, Digital Core, and Industry & Enterprise, you will help ensure successful transformation through a hands-on, execution-focused approach.

Job Summary

- Support business transformation initiatives by analyzing processes, operating models, and organizational structures to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and client stakeholders to deliver transformation projects, governance frameworks,



and service delivery improvements.

- Contribute to project planning, reporting, change management activities, and transformation roadmaps to ensure successful delivery.

- Develop business insights and executive presentations through data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

The gross annual salary range is between 24.000€ e 38.500€.

Skills And Qualifications

- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Operations, or a related field, together with experience in business transformation, consulting, PMO, operations, or change management environments.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, prepare executive presentations, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management practices, reporting tools (Power BI or Tableau), and continuous improvement approaches.

- Interest in enterprise transformation, Global Capability Centers (GCC), Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), and AI-enabled business transformation. xysqume
