PositionPRODUCTION MANAGER Job ResponsabilitiesMissionGuarantee respect for production plans in terms of quantity, quality, timing and efficiency. Guarantee proper organization of means and resources in the workshop, ensuring all safety and health standards are met. Support and take care of the resources within the perimeter to mantain a motivating and engaged climate/environment in production dept.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise the whole Leather Goods manufacturing process, in order to reach expected volumes and efficiency targetsManage a team of 4 Production Supervisors, around 130 artisans, 1 production Industrialization technicianMotivating, supporting and providing guidance to production staffSetting productivity goals for each manufacturing teamGuarantee respect of production plan daily/weekly, giving feedbacks to planning departmentProduce progress reports on efficiency and other relevant KPIsEnsure respect of quality standards as far as finished products are concernedCommunicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting productionEnsuring adequate scheduling of staff and supervise the recruitment, polyvalence and development plan.ProfileProfileEducation: University egree in Industrial Engineering or similarExperience: minimum 5 years in the role in an industrial manufacturing contextExpertise on manufacturing processes and Lean ManufacturingExcellent communication skills and ability to interact at all levels of the organizationAbility to coach and motivateStrong team builing attitudeProblem solving and decision making Negotiation skillsExcellent computer knowledgesFluent English & Italian – French will be a plus.Additional InformationWithin the Production Department,
