How you will create an impact:

Be involved in projects for industry leaders and early-stage ventures, driving launch effectiveness and commercial excellence

Carry out competitive benchmarks and data analyses to identify growth opportunities

Support the development of strategies, solutions and actionable recommendations for our clients

Collaborate with international teams across diverse cultural and professional backgrounds

Your profile:

Above-average academic performance in business management, economics, or industrial engineering

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Fluency in business English and Italian, both written and spoken

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)





High motivation to learn and grow personally and professionally

Strong team orientation and collaborative mindset

Previous internship experience in strategy consulting or industry is a plus
