About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategicGeneral Managerto lead and expand our operations in Italy, with a strong focus onsales growth and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Proven experience as aGeneral Manager, Country Manager, or Sales Directorin a B2B environment.
Strong track record insales leadership, business development, and team management.
Excellent understanding of theItalian marketand customer dynamics.
Fluent inItalian and English.
Strategic thinker with hands?on execution skills.
Experience in managingP&Land; driving profitability.
