See what life is about at BCD ME at bcdme.com/careers /p h3Senior Congress Project manager, Life science and pharma, BCD Meetings Events Italy /h3 pFulltime, located in Italy (preferably near Milan or Florence) /p pAs a Senior Congress Project Manager, you will be part of an international team, responsible for overall Project Management of assigned congresses, partnering with internal planning team members to ensure timely service delivery, congress owner management, Professional Congress Organizers (PCO) relationships, budget management, compliance, and contracting documentation of assigned congresses. In addition to the Congress Project Manager responsibilities, you will help support new hire onboarding and training.



This role will also support on-site event training and implementation of new processes and program efficiencies. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liSecuring and managing hotel room blocks and registrations in accordance with Congress rules and procedures /li liBudget creation, management, and reconciliation /li liHandling day to day client inquiries /li liEnsuring all compliance requirements and guidelines are followed and properly documented /li liCoordinating on-site job responsibilities with on-site logistics team /li liOverseeing accuracy for all assigned congresses in the technology tool (Cvent) /li liBeing primary client contact with regards to all logistical arrangements surrounding congress. /li liOverseeing client registration and reporting questions /li liFacilitating components of new hire or process specific training as identified /liliAssisting in the development of training tools to aid in process specific training /li /ul h3YOU ARE GOOD AT /h3 ul liBeing detail-oriented /li liSound experience in a similar role, with congress management within life science industry /li liExcellent organizational skills /li liStrong customer relations skills and customer-facing skills /li liProblem solving and decision-making ability /li liProficiency in software programs - Word,



Excel /li liKnowledge of Cvent is a must /li liManaging more programs simultaneously /li /ul pThe salary range for the role is between 35.000 euro and 38.000 euro gross per year.
