Your New RoleWe are looking for a passionate and data-drivenMarketing Retention Specialistto join the HBO Max Italy team.
This role sits within theEMEA Retention team, reporting into theEMEA Retention CRM Director.
You will play a key role in launching HBO Max in the Italian market and driving ongoing customer engagement and retention.
With a strong focus on CRM, you will design and execute campaigns that keep our users excited, loyal, and deeply connected to our stories.
Your Role AccountabilitiesDevelop and execute CRM and retention campaigns for HBO Max Italy, across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
Partner with CRM, Brand, Content, Product, and Analytics teams to deliver personalized, data-driven customer journeys.
Monitor performance metrics, analyze customer behavior, and optimize campaigns for engagement and churn reduction.
Support the launch of HBO Max in Italy by building effective onboarding flows and winback strategies.
Explore innovative retention mechanics such as gamification, loyalty perks, and localized campaigns tailored to the Italian market.
Collaborate closely with colleagues across EMEA to share best practices and implement region-wide retention initiatives.
Stay on top of industry trends in streaming, digital marketing, and entertainment to continuously evolve our approach.
Skills and Experience RequiredMin 2 years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle management, preferably in streaming, digital, or subscription-based businesses.
Passionate about entertainment, streaming,



and digital storytelling.
Curious, creative, and eager to experiment with new ideas while staying data-driven.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using CRM platforms and analytics tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fluent in English and Italian.
