Transform the everyday for everyone. We are looking for an Apprentice for Buildings in Padua, within the Smart Infrastructure area who will be trained as a Junior Commissioning and Service Engineer for Fire Safety, Intrusion, Access Control, and CCTV systems.

During the apprenticeship you will receive comprehensive and state‑of‑the‑art training to develop your personal and professional skills and you will have the support of a mentor to achieve your career steps.

Responsibilities

- Learn to program fire detection, access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems.
- Learn to program supervision systems which control the field equipment.
- Interact with the Project Manager to collect the information for the development of the software.
- Deliver support services by using remote connections to customer systems via web tool, phone, other communication media, or site visit.
- Perform assigned service and commissioning activities using innovative digital solutions and tools (developed by HQ).
- Provide operational assistance and application support.
- Diagnose, clarify, and resolve technical problems.
- Clarify events, analyse trace and diagnostic information, provide information about findings to solve the issue and give guidance for next steps.

Required entry qualifications





- You are under 30 years of age in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract.
- You are a fresh graduate or have a technical academic background.
- You hold an ITS degree.
- Proficiency in English and Italian.
- Team player ability with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a changing environment.
- Passion to keep growing.
- Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co‑create and share knowledge.
- Eligibility to work in Italy.

For apprenticeship contracts, the indicative gross annual salary range is between €28,475 and €35,700, depending on the candidate’s educational background. The apprenticeship program includes defined salary steps: compensation increases progressively based on seniority and the acquisition of skills, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL).
