AVL Italia S.p.A. offers a job in Italy (IT) as Electrical & Special Systems Design Team Leader The candidate will report to the Head of Engineering and will be responsible for leading the Electrical & Special Systems Design Team, coordinating project activities, and contributing directly to the electrical design of industrial systems for engine and vehicle testing facilities.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead and manage the Electrical and Special Systems Design Team Coordinate project activities and ensure alignment with project objectives Monitor project progress, timelines, and resource planning Ensure proper implementation of internal processes and engineering standards Design electrical and special systems for engine and vehicle testing facilities Prepare technical documentation, including: technical reports; technical specifications and tender documents; cost estimates and bills of quantities Develop electrical single-line diagrams Produce layout drawings and system plans Perform calculations and system sizingYOUR PROFILE:Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial plant/electrical system design Degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma as an Electrical Technician Proven leadership and team management skills Proficiency in AutoCADGood knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Solid understanding of relevant standards and regulations (e.g., Low Voltage, EMC, Machinery Directive,
