/p pSenior Client Advisor | Full?Time | Milano /p pAs part of the upcoming relocation of our Milano store, we are looking for a Senior Client Advisor to join our team and support this exciting new phase of growth.

/p pThe Senior Client Advisor will guide clients through the brand's values, heritage and product universe, developing meaningful long?term relationships while contributing to the overall store performance.
This role requires a strong client?centric mindset, a passion for product storytelling, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the team to achieve shared goals and results.
/p h3Your Impact /h3 pbThe Day-To-Day /b /p ul liEnsure excellent client experience while maintaining the quality standards required by the brand; /li liAct as a brand ambassador to the store's clientele, demonstrating strong passion and commitment to the brand while embodying brand values and vision; /li liTake ownership of all phases of selling ceremony, driving sales performance through a client?centric mindset and actively engaging in 1to1 clienteling to build and cultivate long?term relationships; /li liSupport store operations while ensuring after?sales service and follow?up with clients; /li liDevelop in?depth knowledge of all product categories to deliver storytelling around collection,



fabrics and treatments in line with the technical excellence that defines the brand; /li liImplement and maintain Company's Visual standards in store, collaborating with Visual Merchandising team, ensuring replenishment and stock management are consistently executed; /li liBe aware of Store's target and KPIs, supporting Managers in promoting a performance culture; /li liCollaborate with the team in an effective and enthusiastic way, conveying energy and motivation in daily activities.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liStrong previous experience in sales roles within Fashion Retail/ Hospitality; with interest/studies in Fashion?related courses - Experience within Luxury and Contemporary Retail environment is a plus; /li liExcellent understanding of the luxury sector, KPIs, product sensitivity; /li liService?oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, team spirit, and the ability to work independently; /li liReliable, punctual, flexible; /li liPassion for retail, client service and the luxury fashion industry; /li liFluency and sophistication in Italian, English – an additional language is a plus; /li liDigitally aware and open to new tools, applications, and ways of working; /li liAbility to thrive in a fast?paced, dynamic environment.
