For our client, a shipping company, we are seeking an Assistant Technical Superintendent.
Main responsibilities: Monitoring the technical condition of the fleet; Supporting the management of planned and corrective maintenance activities; Analyzing and handling technical issues reported by vessels; Liaising with Masters and Chief Engineers; Participating in onboard visits, audits, and inspections; Assisting in the planning and management of dry dock projects and shipyard repairs.
Requirements: Seagoing experience as a Second Engineer Officer or Third Engineer Officer, preferably on Oil & Chemical Tankers.
Applications from Chief Engineers will also be considered, provided they are aligned with the proposed career development path; Good command of both English and Italian; Willingness to relocate to Ravenna, Italy; Availability to travel frequently,



mainly within the Mediterranean, Black Sea, Northern Europe, and Baltic regions, for technical visits, inspections, maintenance activities, and dry dock projects.
