You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement and optimize AI-powered systems that generate creative content for global enterprise companies and serve thousands of users worldwide, driving business growth at scale.

Responsibilities
Design, develop and deploy machine learning models and AI services using Python, FastAPI and related frameworks
Build and implement autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems that can collaborate to solve complex tasks, make decisions and execute workflows with minimal human intervention
Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies for various use cases
Collaborate with the product team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Build and maintain containerized AI services using Docker and create scalable AI pipelines for content generation
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to integrate AI models into our platform
Monitor and optimize AI model performance to improve accuracy, scalability and user experience
Conduct experiments, perform data analysis and provide insights to enhance model performance
Stay updated on the latest advances in AI/GenAI technologies and proactively suggest platform improvements
Participate in code reviews, unit tests and documentation to ensure high quality product delivery
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or similar field




Experience with generative AI models and prompt engineering for LLMs
Strong programming experience in Python and relevant libraries/frameworks
Experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks
Practical knowledge of Docker containerization
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures and natural language processing (NLP) techniques
Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
Analytical thinker with intellectual curiosity and a systematic approach to problem-solving
Strong believer in teamwork and collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with MLOps/LLMOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS
Experience with vector databases and RAG frameworks (LlamaIndex, LangChain)
Background in NLP or computational linguistics
Experience with monitoring and observability tools
