Embedded SW Integration Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Design AUTOSAR compliant application and basic software for automotive embedded control systems (Controlled Brakes, Chassis Active Systems, vehicle Motion Controls)
Generate software design specifications to meet customer and internal requirements
Develop and verify AUTOSAR and MISRA compliant software in accordance with software design specifications
Integrate and build software packages from modular code content, verify operation of integrated software to specifications, and release software packages for internal integration and validation testing




Lead root cause investigation of software issues that arise from customer and internal bench and vehicle testing
Adhere to corporate software process and quality standards and best practices for software development; Comply with ASPICE software process and quality requirements; maintain software quality documentation as required
Proactively participate as member of project teams, supporting team members in meeting project objectives and deliverables
Support corporate and departmental initiatives, meetings and reviews as required
Review and comprehend software specifications
Document software designs and/or architecture as necessary
Implementation of the ISO ***** and SE / Automotive Process
Create or adapt functional safety concepts
Support modelling for SIL and MIL
Support HIL & vehicle-level development and testing
Interface with hardware design teams and systems engineering teams to address/resolve issues
Investigate and resolve product issues found during development and validation testing
Support MIL (Model In the Loop)/SIL(Software In the Loop) tool development related to MBAC toolchain changes and support continuous improvement for existing MIL/SIL tools
Investigate and resolve product issues found during development and validation testing
Required Skills & Qualifications
Master Engineering Degree in Automotive, mechatronics, computer engineering / software engineering / computer science or equivalent
Experience and/or interest in embedded control system development
Experiences on Model Base design, Rapid Prototyping, embedded code




Experience and/or interest in vehicle system development and test
Working-level knowledge of instrumentation and analytical tools
In depth understanding of AUTOSAR standard and experience developing AUTOSAR compliant (Automotive)
Experience with ASPICE and MISRA software process and quality standards
In depth understanding of the operation of automotive microcontrollers
High level of analytical ability in solving complex technical problems with real-time multi-tasking embedded software
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience developing automotive diagnostics and communication software and experience using automotive communications analysis tools (e.g., Vector CANalyzer, Vector CANoe, Intrepid Vehicle Spy)
Experience with software requirements management, software configuration management and product lifecycle management tools (e.g., PTC Integrity, Cradle)
Experience with software development and analysis tools for real-time embedded control systems including Vector DaVinci Developer, Electrobit Tresos, Lauterbach Trace 32 Debugger, Tasking Compiler, etc.
Familiarity with common computer applications – word, excel, PowerPoint, databases, etc.
Experience with MIL/SIL/HIL testing
Experience with C, C++ programming and compiling
Good knowledge on Advanced Algorithm Development
4 years experiences in Developing Algorithm
2 Years experiences in Embedded SW Integration Automotive
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge on Automotive SW quality
Knowledge on ISO *****
Familiarity with dSPACE Toolset (TargetLink and ControlDesk)
Experience with Brake, Suspension, Vehicle Control Functions and systems
Knowledge on Artificial Intelligence application for Advanced Algorithm
4 years in Embedded SW Integration Automotive
