We are therefore looking for a Freelance UX Designer in Milan who has experience in managing complex projects and in dialogue with customers and with whom to build solid relationships that last over time.
/p pAs a UX Designer in Conflux, you will enter the heart of projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on small and medium-sized digital products, with a duration of several months.
/p pYou will be responsible for the design of interfaces, information architectures and interaction models, using participatory design methods together with the technical team, to give shape to concrete and well-constructed solutions.
/p pYou will work in a structured context, with clear and sustainable time management, which will allow you to focus on the quality of the design.
You will be part of a dynamic team, where you can expand your skills in UX research, UX design and UI design, actively contributing to the growth of projects and also to your professionalism.
/p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liYou will work on small and medium-sized projects lasting several months.
/li liYou will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in the gambling field, with whom you will share working methods and tools.
/li liYou will manage,



through the use of participatory design techniques in collaboration with the technical team, the design and development of interfaces, information architectures and interaction models.
/li liYou will be dealing with a project management model that will allow you to efficiently organize working time, ensuring a quality result.
/li liYou will work in a multidisciplinary and dynamic team where you can increase your skills in the field of UX research, UX design and UI design /li /ul h3This is the right role for you if... /h3 ul liYou have experience as a UX Designer.
/li liYou know and know how to use one or more of the following interface design tools: Figma, Sketch, Miro.
/li liYou know and know how to use one or more of the following prototyping tools: Invision, Axure, Marvel, Principle.
/li liKnowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop and of the Adobe Suite in general is preferred.
/li liExcellent communication skills You know and know how to use one or more of the following tools: analytics, Lookback, Morae.
/li liExcellent knowledge of Italian and English (written and spoken).
/li liYou know and are familiar with concepts such as Information Architecture, Wireframe, Interaction Flows, Use cases, Interactive Prototypes, Requirements Collection, Benchmarks, card sorting, tree testing.
