/liliProven technical expertise in Industrial Refrigeration and/or the HVAC market.
/liliMinimum 5 years' experience managing field resources, ideally in a Service environment (preventive maintenance, repair activities, and larger modernization projects).
/liliStrong safety mindset and solid knowledge of Italian HS regulations (D.Lgs. *******).
/liliAssertive, action?oriented leader, results?driven and innovative; able to solve complex problems under tight deadlines.
/liliFluent in Italian with a good knowledge of English (reading, writing, and presentation skills).
/liliProficient in Excel, Word, and AI tools/LLMs.
/liliPreferred ASPP certification (not essential, but highly valued).
