ph3About the role /h3pWe are looking for an Internal Sales Specialist in our PC Business Unit.
The person will build excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge.
They will generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers and engaging in conversations around solutions/products, aiming to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and margin targets.
/ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliProactively manage customer lifecycle.
/liliDevelop relationships with key internal and external contacts.
/liliEngage in active inside selling using various sources to gather customer information.
/liliManage customer backorders and report along specialist knowledge.
/liliProvide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions.
/liliDrive sales of specific products/vendors with required knowledge while collaborating with colleagues and the General Sales Force.
/liliGenerate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system,



regularly review and update, and ensure active closure of opportunities.
/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli1-2 years of experience.
/liliNumerate with good attention to detail.
/liliExcellent telephone manner and communication skills.
/liliPriority management and planning skills.
/liliStrive to achieve set targets.
/liliUnderstands sales process.
/liliPrevious experience with IT systems for quotation, order entry, and CRM.
/liliIT industry knowledge desirable but not essential.
/liliPassion for IT is a plus.
