About The RoleWe are hiring anItalian-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialistfor a tech customer service project based inPortugal.
In this role, you will provide customer support inItalian and English, assist users with technical inquiries, resolve customer issues, document cases accurately, and help turn challenging situations into positive customer experiences.
This is aremote position, but candidates must be based in Portugal or willing to relocate.
Relocation support is provided for eligible candidates.
Responsibilities
Provide technical customer service and support
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and patience
Clearly explain technical solutions to customers
Track customer issues and ensure accurate documentation




Follow up on cases until resolution
Maintain a positive customer experience and build customer loyalty
Requirements
Fluent inItalian and English
Tech-savvy and comfortable handling technical inquiries
Strong communication skills
Good problem-solving ability and quick thinking
Detail-oriented and able to track issues properly
Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused
Able to stay calm and focused in high-pressure xysqume situations
Previous customer service experience is preferred
Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory
