Seeking a District Manager in Piemonte to lead and coordinate local sales teams.

Responsibilities

- Ensure customer loyalty, revenue growth and customer platform expansion by promoting and integrating various sales channels.
- Guide salespeople according to company directives and planned activities.
- Facilitate onboarding of new salespeople, transferring market, product, and tool knowledge.
- Develop salespeople through growth plan definition and continuous feedback management.
- Schedule and manage district meetings to share information, train, and motivate salespeople.

Ideal Candidate

- Experience leading commercial groups.
- Background from well‑organized or multinational companies.
- Strong relational and managerial skills with a focus on results.
- Knowledge of various B2B channels.
