Customer Approval & AQP Support Specialist (m/f/d)

- Support the Quality Planning team in preparing customer approvals for new or modified products
- Compile and manage the documentation required by customers
- Maintain customer portals and upload relevant documents
- Coordinate missing information with internal departments
- Monitor deadlines and timelines within the approval process
- Support product and process changes that require customer re-approval
- Prepare status reports and data analyses
- Perform general administrative tasks within Quality Planning

Qualifications

- Ideally completed commercial or technical education
- Structured, accurate, and independent way of working
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team
- Good German language skills; English is an advantage
- Initial experience in the automotive industry or quality management is desirable, but not required

Compensation

- Starting salary from €32,000 per year on a full-time basis, classified according to the Metal Industry collective agreement

- Depending on your education/qualifications and experience, your compensation may be higher
