Production Operator
Supporto alle operazioni di produzione del reparto Advanced Workshop Roma Plant come parte del team nel turno di appartenenza. Occorre specifica abilità nel condurre macchinari complessi e capacità di comprendere e seguire le procedure di sicurezza, qualità e produzione

Principali requisiti





- Lavorare in turno (da lunedì a sabato)
- Capacita’ di comprensione delle istruzioni operative
- Team work e collaborazione
- Capacita’ di imparare
- Capacita’ di risoluzione di problemi adeguati al livello di esperienza
- Rispettare il target giornaliero di produzione e rispetto delle disposizioni operative

Capacita’ communicativa

- Comunicare correttamente con lo Staff
- Lavorare e impegnarsi nel lavoro di gruppo
- Riportare le attività svolte nelle 8 ore lavorative in modo trasparente al Supervisore

Capacita’ tecniche e scolastiche

- Diploma scuola superiore
- Patente muletto (non obbligatorio)
- Lingua: Inglese scolastico

Fascia retributiva : € - 32500

La fascia retributiva si basa su criteri indipendenti dal genere: disposizioni del CCNL applicabili, responsabilità, condizioni di lavoro e parametri di riferimento di mercato relativi al ruolo e alla sede. La retribuzione finale sarà determinata in base a criteri indipendenti dal genere: esperienza, competenze ed equità interna.
