Now, we’re expanding our team in Milan. And we’re looking for a recent graduate or early‑career profile who is curious, analytical and eager to learn, ready to take their first steps in a commercial and data‑driven environment with us.

As a Customer Success Assistant – Graduate Internship (Tirocinio extracurriculare) , you’ll support both Account Management and Business Development teams , working with data while gaining direct exposure to clients and commercial activities.

This is a hands‑on opportunity to understand how data supports real business decisions and partner relationships in a dynamic, fast‑growing environment.

Your responsibilities

- Support Account Management and Sales teams in their daily activities
- Analyze performance data and prepare reports
- Generate insights to support business and commercial decisions
- Work extensively with Excel and data sets




- Support client‑related activities and interact with partners
- Contribute to cross‑functional and operational projects

Your profile

- Strong interest in business, commercial dynamics and client interaction
- Motivation to work in a fast‑paced and client‑facing environment
- Analytical mindset and confidence working with data
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Structured and detail‑oriented approach
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
- Scientific or quantitative background is a plus
- Fluent Italian (C2) and good English (B2–C1)
- Based in Milan or nearby, with availability to join the office once a week.

Important

This role is offered as a Graduate Internship (Tirocinio extracurriculare) and must be activated through a university or accredited training institution (ente promotore).

Candidates must be eligible to sign this type of agreement in Italy.
