Your Mission

As an Italian‑speaking Customer Service Representative , you will be the voice of a leading global consumer brand. You will:

- Support customers via phone, email, and chat in Italian
- Deliver high‑quality, empathetic, and solution‑focused service
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Collaborate with international teams to deliver fast solutions
- Become a product expert through structured, paid training
