Position Summary

Our jobs aren’t just about preparing coffees or cappuccinos that our guests will enjoy until they ask for their bill. Instead, we want to build an experience that is memorable and unique – with coffee on the side. Our Baristas take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to make sure that guests enjoy their break. Whether interacting and serving guests or cleaning work areas and supplies, the Barista makes transactions feel like part of the experience. We are looking for a motivated and attentive Barista to join the team. As a key member of the staff, you will support service operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and memorable experience for our guests in a dynamic and elegant environment.

Responsibilities

- Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools.
- Clean all equipment and work areas, and maintain cleanliness of bar, bar unit, tables, and tools.
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas following all set‑up guidelines.
- Ensure a safe workplace by following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards,



and maintaining professional uniform, appearance, and communication.
- Stand or walk for extended periods, move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects, and reach overhead and below the knees as required to provide guest service.
- Perform additional reasonable job duties as requested.

Preferred Qualifications

- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related work experience: minimum 1 year.
- No supervisory experience required.
- License or certification: None.
